EXAMINATIONS
i. Each academic year has 3 Session Examinations evenly spread during the academic year. Exams will be conducted by the college for 30 marks both in theory and practical, average marks of best two examinations will be added to the university final examination marks.
ii. There will be a final examination each year after completion of the course followed by a supplementary examination. The final examination will be conducted for 70 marks.
iii. Candidates who have secured a minimum of 50% marks in theory and practical (including sectionals) separately in any subject or subjects shall be declared passed
ATTENDANCE:
i. Each student will put up minimum of 80% of attendance in theory and practical other wise they will not be allowed to take the session and final examination
DECLARATION OF CLASS :
Class shall be awarded at the end of I, II, III and final B.Pharm examination as shown.
a) Distinction: 75% and above
b) First Class: 60% and above less than 75%
c) Second Class: 50% and above less than 60%
Pass class will be awarded for the candidates who would have passed the examination in more than one attempt.
INDUSTRIAL TOUR:
Candidates studying in the final year of the course will visit several pharmaceutical manufacturing companies as a supplement to their academic training and submit a report to the satisfaction of the Head of the Institution.
AWARD OF DEGREE:
A candidate, who passes all the subjects of the four years of B.Pharm and completes industrial training, will be eligible for the award of a degree during the ensuing convocation.
